What operating system can I use?
As long as you have an Internet connection and a compatible web browser, this web site can be used with a desktop computer using Windows, Mac OS X or Linux. You can also use it with iOS, on an iPhone or an iPad.

What web browsers are supported?
You should be able to use the web site with any modern web browser supporting HTML5.

What web connection do I need?

What screen resolution do I need?
To best view this website, you should have a display width a resolution width of at least 1000 pixels. A very common resolution today is 1024 x 768 pixels.

What is a user account?
When using the web site you can chose to create a user account, so that the system can remember your progress between your visits. This means that you create a username (which can be your real name or a nickname) and a password. The web site won’t accept a username that is already in use, so you might have to try a few times if you try to use very common usernames. A user account is created only once.

Remember, if you don’t want to create an account, you can still use the web site, with the sole exception of progress tracking between visits not being available.

How do I create an account?
Click REGISTER link at the top right of the page. Enter your preferred username, your first and last name, and supply a valid e-mail address and click REGISTER. Your account is created and a password will be e-mailed to you.

Use your username and password to log in to the web site.

If the password does not show up, make sure your spam filters haven’t intercepted it.

Why should I log in?
You don’t have to log in to use the web site, but if you have a user account and is logged in, the system will keep track of and remember your progress when you log in the next time.

When you want to log in, you supply your username and password to prove to the system that you are who you claim to be. Remember never to share your password with someone else, as this might allow them to misuse your account.

What will you do with my user information?
We will not use your information for anything other than verifying your log in. The information will not be sold, rented or given to any third parties.
How to log in

Make sure that your browser accepts cookies. Then click LOG IN link at the top right of the page. Enter your username and password and click LOG IN. You are now logged in.

If you check the box REMEMBER ME, you won’t have to log in again next time you visit the web site from the same computer.

I can’t log in
Both usernames and passwords are case-sensitive. It is important to remember to use the correct case when entering the information.

If you are sure that the login information you have entered is correct and that you are using the correct case you should first try to request a new password and try logging in using that, before sending an e-mail to us.

I forgot my username
You might forget your user name. If this happens, check your e-mail for the confirmation to your account that we sent to you. This will include your username.

I forgot my password
If you forgot your password, you will need a new one. Click LOGIN and then LOST YOUR PASSWORD? and write your username or e-mail that you used when creating your account. Click GET NEW PASSWORD, and we will send you a new password.

Videos won’t start
To view the video in this web site you need a web browser that is HTML5 compatible. If you access the site using a web browser which does not handle HTML5 video, this content will not play. See “What web browsers are supported” for a list of recommended web browsers.
